Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or we made an error. Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
